  1. I agree! That would be awful. Good reminder SM. Have a good Sunday.

  2. I’m inclined to consider that this view may be strongly espoused by those who instil fear, whilst those who are fearful have more pressing concerns.
Never the less, I shall continue to treat guns, sharks, spiders and national governments with what I consider to be a ‘healthy respect’.
It makes my life easier, or possibly just longer.

    • Very true.

I would also like to add the Giant Squid- not that I’ve ever met one, but I’m putting it out there nonetheless.

Have to respect a creature that turns itself inside out to eat something.

Yeah I totally agree as well. Fear that rises giants has only the power of fear itself.

    • Yet it can be powerful if not recognized for what it is… is there any stopping it?

        • SM has a point… recognize it for what it is. Then make Fear an ally – it becomes a watchdog. After that, it’s up to you whether you slay, avoid, ignore or befriend any giants that still exist.
A lot of people know Jack, and live at the effect of fear, waiting for someone else to take the hatchet to the shrubbery.

Watchdog… a perceptive term for the analogy, the self hub of choice where perception/logic collars the response to fear.
