Very cool Ms Moppet. Both the insight and imagery.

Thank you ;c)
Beware them roots on the third pic- it’s a guarantee face-plant into the ground if you’re not watching your step.
I say this only as a courtesy, of course.

The courtesy is appreciated. You well know what klutzes bears can be when their fainting logs get moved around by the fairy folk.

Thank you! Fall is such an awesome time of year! ;c)
Wow!! This is gorgeous! I did not see this in Portland, Oregon when I was there in 1990s. This must be new 🙂 Thank you for showing me one of my memorable places.

I have yet to visit those gardens, myself. Perhaps the city keeps them in a top secret location… ;c)

I’ve been thinking of emigrating to Portlandia for some time now — I think I will, just for those trees! That shot of the roots with the red leaves.. lights up every single one of my Gothic buttons… ^_^

Those roots are something crazy! Like tentacles… you just know they’re going to come alive one day in a nightmare.
Red on black- indeed, awesome Gothic colors! ;c)
