Very true! I wonder that, myself.
I’ve heard it said: Obstacles are meant to be conquered.

Does compacted suffice?
August 16, 2015 at 5:27 PM
Compacting often helps to conquer- I’ve compacted many a large spider in order to conquer its attempt at a web in my apartment.

Now are we talking about the mechanical compactor or the phone book compactor? It’s a logistical question.

And now the truth comes out. You’re agent 99 and instead of having a shoe phone like agent 86 you have the shoe compactor. Odd the phone went to the man.

Shoe phones are obsolete in the cell phone era. Besides, they have no cameras.

Good try 99. Research says different.
August 17, 2015 at 11:46 AM
Who out there is paid to research shoe phones?
August 17, 2015 at 12:02 PM
Shoe cameras Ms Moppet.
August 17, 2015 at 12:05 PM
Good. I was afraid valuable time and efforts were wasted on something as silly as a shoe phone.

indeed – i have also heard that memories are like tattoos still. . . i would not drink of the river Lethe – http://www.mlahanas.de/Greeks/Mythology/Images3/LetheKennington.jpg

I so agree. Regardless of how bitter the memory, I’d rather remember.

and you are my hero
Actually, I admire the thought that you’ve expressed here, how you suggested that it is perhaps more terrifying to stop dreaming than to risk the nightmares.
I hope more people see that. Thank you. ;c)

That sure looks like white bread sandwiches, scary!
August 16, 2015 at 5:24 PM
What, exactly, is in that white bread sandwich of yours?
August 16, 2015 at 5:38 PM
Depends on the nightmare….
August 17, 2015 at 12:28 PM
Or maybe even the dream!

Truer words have never been spoken, dear Sister…..
August 23, 2015 at 9:41 AM
Except perhaps the words “You can’t slam a revolving door.”

Reblogged this on The Plague Chronicles and commented:
Truer words have never been spoken, Dear Sister. Please, keep dreaming – we have so much to show you….
August 23, 2015 at 10:03 AM
In that case, can you show me where I put my machete? I’ve seem to misplaced it.
August 23, 2015 at 11:37 PM
This is most encouraging! Most apt for me right now. Nightmares occur, still life goes on. We dream again. Maybe nightmares, maybe sweet dreams. Positivity is key and so is courage to overcome 🙂

I can identify with this right now as well. Sometimes it’s good to know that you’re not the only one. ;c)

In the end, we all have nightmares, and we all have dreams…
It’s good to know that, in a way, we are all in the same situation.. ;c)

I have no words… you are awesome!
August 25, 2015 at 8:57 PM
Oh, it did make it☺.. I’m the type of in the moment writer i do it in one take usually of the top. Once that moment has gone so have the words.. thats why i didnt try to rewrite..Thank you for following my work as well!☺
August 25, 2015 at 9:12 PM
One take- I admire those who can do that! And I understand why one wouldn’t try to rewrite- there’s a beauty in the original that can’t be recaptured in the retelling.
August 25, 2015 at 9:48 PM
You sooo get it, but the truth is i’m in the moment type writer i genuinely will forget after its a thought in that moment.
August 25, 2015 at 9:51 PM
I just wrote a short poem to what you said, but it disappeared, still thanks. For the visual
August 25, 2015 at 8:45 PM
