Even if the Dream
Doesn’t come True
It’s rather Thrilling
To have Dreamt it.

So true, beautiful and sad all at once…I love it! Your knack for finding pics is amazing, as usual.

Thank you! Yes, beautiful, sad and true- so many things to experience all at once.
I would love to one day come upon the moon washed up on the rocks like that. ;c)
July 19, 2015 at 8:38 PM
Now that’s a thrilling dream! Besides the scientific implications of the moon leaving it’s post in the galaxy, it would be amazing to see! Maybe if one is high on blue devil hoochie juice or some other dream inducing concoction they would stumble across a river moon 🙂
July 19, 2015 at 9:59 PM
Hm… perhaps you are right. Instead of finding THE moon on the river, we’ll make it A moon on the river- thus saving the planet in the process.

I love everything about this.
July 19, 2015 at 7:27 PM
Thank you!! It’s an experience most of us can identify with, I think. ;c)
July 19, 2015 at 8:41 PM
Certainly is, i think also 🙂

Right now, I dream of a world where my upstairs neighbors doesn’t feel the need to vacuum at 5 in the morning- indeed, it is rather thrilling!

Sounds like we both have a neighbor who needs their Christmas bomb sent early.
July 20, 2015 at 6:39 AM
Indeed? Do tell!
Except my neighbor lives above me, thus the whole Xmas bomb thing might backfire on me- literally.
July 20, 2015 at 11:11 AM
You could always try hovering your ceiling at 4 in the morning to get a point across 😉 lol

July 20, 2015 at 11:10 AM
Hm- I’ve never tried vacuuming the ceiling before. Might call for some creative acrobatics, but it just might work!
That, or leaving an opened can of tuna in the register…
July 20, 2015 at 11:16 AM
All thats required is an acme anti-gravity machine. You can get em for a couple of bob of ebay 🙂
July 20, 2015 at 11:20 AM
Anti-gravity machine? Would I really want to waste the powers of such a magnificent contraption on irritating the neighbors upstairs?
Yes. Yes, indeed.
July 20, 2015 at 11:27 AM
Haha i can hardly think of any other use for such a machine.
July 20, 2015 at 11:29 AM
Just hope I remember to turn off the ceiling fan first.
July 20, 2015 at 11:32 AM
And if you do forget, atleast remember to video the moment it all goes wrong!
July 20, 2015 at 11:35 AM
And I will leave my last will and testament written on the wall in green jello.
July 20, 2015 at 11:43 AM
Be sure to underline said will and testiment with ketchup.
July 20, 2015 at 11:50 AM
Nicely done Ms Madly. You also took me to Shakespeare with your piece. Hamlet, “to sleep, perchance to dream”. If a rocky green moon would be of use to you, I can help!
July 20, 2015 at 4:40 AM
From which alien planet have you pilfered this green moon?
TeBearius Maximus and I pilfered nothing! Ask the flamingo!
July 20, 2015 at 11:19 AM
The Flamingo and I are not speaking.

What did that darn bird do now? Drink all your tequila … AGAIN?
HE DRANK MY TEQUILA?!
July 20, 2015 at 11:30 AM
Well I just figured as much. You know what a souse he is. Have you checked in the cupboard beside the red?
We do not open that cupboard in this house. That’s where the skeletons are.
July 20, 2015 at 11:40 AM
Prey tell Milady. How did Mr Bones et al come to reside in “that” cupboard?
July 20, 2015 at 11:46 AM
Why, I put him there! Limited storage in a tiny apartment an all that.
July 20, 2015 at 12:03 PM
Tis no secret I am a Life Coach. The discipline teaches question begets question.
Soooooooooooooo Ms Moppet, why were you in possession of Mr Bones et al and were et al say flesh and blood while in your possesion?
July 20, 2015 at 12:09 PM
What, exactly, has that tattling flamingo been telling you?
July 20, 2015 at 12:25 PM
All I could make out through the drunken sobbing was this, “ask her man, oh for the love of all things plaid just ask herrrrrrrrrrrr”.
So I’m asking.
July 20, 2015 at 12:27 PM
So the Methods of Persuasion that I’ve picked up at the Persuasion Seminar ARE working.
The skeletons are nothing more than a few souvenirs I’ve picked up at various Landmarks around town.
July 20, 2015 at 12:39 PM
Persuasion Seminar. I thought you weren’t allowed to work domestically?
The question still remains, were they skeletons when you picked them up.
Thought I wasn’t watching didn’t you.
July 20, 2015 at 12:46 PM
We are all Skeletons beneath it all.

all things we hide in secret will be revealed in the rooftops for people to gloat and shout but aren’t everyone have ske;letons in thier closets at least I unearth mine.
July 20, 2015 at 1:06 PM
Yes, secrets often have a way of revealing themselves. Sometimes it’s better to reveal them ourselves before someone does it for us! ;c)

Our high school senior year theme song was Moon River.
July 21, 2015 at 11:57 AM
That is so cool! I would never have thought to have a dreamy song like that. Kinda jealous. ;c)
July 21, 2015 at 6:15 PM
Well, the girls liked it. I was more into Little Richard. But it was good for slow-dancin.
July 22, 2015 at 10:05 AM
Thank you sister madly for bringing a little light to a dull day
July 21, 2015 at 3:27 PM
Aw, thank you! Here’s hoping that your night is anything but dull!
July 21, 2015 at 6:18 PM
I certainly agree. If only I could have the crescent moon come down as portrayed 🙂
I wonder how long did you take to trawl the internet for your lovely photos?! Nice!!👍
July 24, 2015 at 3:40 PM
Wouldn’t t be neat if the sun was a crescent sometimes as well?
I have quite a few photos I’ve collected over time, so in a sense, it’s taken me years to come up with the photos! ;c)
July 24, 2015 at 6:11 PM
That would be an interesting sight indeed! Hmm does a solar eclipse count though?…when it is being blocked or as ancients say “swallowed” by the sky and beat gongs?
July 25, 2015 at 12:05 AM
For the moment, we’ll have to settle on Solar eclipses for a crescent sun. Just wished they happened more often!
