No jumping- learned that lesson when I was 8.

I did recently break a dish, but that was due to my misjudging the distance of the table by, oh, 6 feet…

      • So to recap…
There are no more monkeys jumpin’ on the bed
The dish was running away from the spoon not with
        Distance lessons are exponential
        and
        You still maintain your sanity

Where did I leave my bells?

I don’t know about the bells, but my neighbor has an obnoxious wind chime that I’m dying to get rid of…

        • Bells as in, “pull this one, it has bells on”. Were those wind chimes fresh and not dry Bamboo I’d send Victor to eat them and rid you of your ear and rear ache.

Yes Victor is a Panda. Unfortunately he is currently in hiding for breaking a Pumpkin Carriage.

Actually, I like bamboo chimes- if that is what they were, I would not complain.

        • Well now I’ve done it. Found the Bells and the ear worm has turned! Maybe I should stick to sticks!

  6. Violations of this particular law can sometimes carry substantial penalty – is Sister Madly okay? Was there wine involved? A motorcycle? Superman cape?

Didn’t even occur to me that anyone would think that! Kind of afraid to leave the house now…

I do seem to recall many a childhood adventure involving a minor height and an umbrella- Mary Poppins led me astray!

      • Exactly! Impressionable children should be exposed to Mary Poppin’s reckless antics!
